These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of our website and our design and construction services in India.
1. Acceptance
By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. If any part is unclear or not acceptable, please contact us and we will be happy to clarify before you proceed.
2. Services
Depending on your requirement, we may provide:
- 2D floor planning;
- 3D elevation and interior designing;
- material contracting and construction support;
- real estate services and approvals support where agreed.
3. Quotes and Scope Changes
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time.
- Work starts after written confirmation and required advance payment.
- Any extra work or scope change may impact cost and timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details and required documents.
- Provide site access, approvals, and utilities on time.
- Review and approve drawings or milestones promptly.
- Make payments as per agreed terms.
5. Timelines, Payments, and Taxes
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on approvals, weather, site readiness, material availability, and other external factors. Payments are due as per invoice/contract milestones. GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes are handled as per Indian law.
In case of natural calamities, unforeseen material price fluctuations, market crises, transport disruptions, or similar events beyond reasonable control, project timelines and costs may need to be revised after mutual discussion.
6. Materials, Warranty, and Cancellation
Material brands/specifications are finalized in writing. Equivalent substitutions may be suggested if supply is limited. Workmanship issues reported during the agreed defect period are addressed reasonably. If a project is cancelled after work starts, charges apply for completed work and committed resources.
7. Liability and Website Use
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the value of the concerned service. We are not responsible for indirect losses. You agree not to misuse this website or copy content without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve disputes through discussion. If needed, dispute resolution will follow applicable Indian law.
9. Privacy and Updates
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and updates become effective when posted.
